Stafford Boot Camp Gears Up for the 2010 Session

Stafford Boot Camp gears up for Resolution 2010 Boot Camp session that starts on Jan 11th, 2010. You can sign up online at www.staffordbootcamp.com or attend one of the sign up sessions on Jan 7th 5:00pm to 5:45pm or Jan 9th from 9am to 2pm. The Stafford Boot Camp Program takes a non-military approach to fitness and nutrition and focuses on the mind and the body. Camps provide motivation, high energy, teamwork, confidence, and a positive environment for you to succeed.
The Boot Camp Program is 6 weeks in duration which provides incredible workouts and nutritional support that can produce amazing results in only 6 weeks.
